Writing instrument with the coat of arms of the von Schwencksfeld family
Description
This writing instrument was given by Carolina von Schwencksfeld (1728-1820) as a gift to her groom, Leonhard Burckhardt (1729-1817), a councillor of Basel, at her marriage in 1764. This is how it has been handed down in the family.
