Matching the knitted carpets on the walls, the entire seating set is covered with knitted covers from the French tapestry manufacturer Grellet. The seats feature animal motifs, some of which are based on fables by the French writer Jean de La Fontaine (1621-1695). The backrests, in turn, depict rural scenes of everyday life, which blend effortlessly into the pictorial program of the tapestries on the walls. In general, the visiting room from the Segerhof appears to be "from a single mold" due to the carefully coordinated furnishings.
