Lidded tureen in the shape of a white cabbage head
Description
White cabbage is a popular winter vegetable. However, it has always been a dish of everyday cuisine, even when prepared as sauerkraut. White cabbage dishes did not belong on a distinguished table. Probably, this magnificent cabbage terrine served essentially for decoration and as a surprise for guests.
