The St. Johanns-Schwibbogen

Description

Until 1873 the St. Johanns-Schwibbogen stood at the end of the Blumenrain. As part of the extension of the Blumenrain in 1935, the Segerhof, on view to the left of the picture, from 1788 was also demolished. To the right is the Urban Well, its sculpture having been transferred to the museum in 1911 and then exhibited in the Barfüsserkirche. Today, the Segerhof’s interiors can be found in the Haus zum Kirschgarten.
