Gold enamel watch with over case
Description
The fine enamel painting of the case depicts scenes from classical mythology: the center of the dial shows Venus stealing the arrows from the sleeping Cupid. Inside the case are a seated Cyclops in a landscape and on the back of the case is the Judgment of Paris. The watch has a hairspring with regulating device in the balance, but does not yet have a minute hand.
