Object description

Women are still disadvantaged in some areas of society. The national women's strike 2019 therefore called for, among other things, equal professional opportunities, equal pay, a higher valuation and better distribution of care work and protection against violence.

The stencil was used to print on T-shirts, bags or banners. The gender star in the lettering "Frauen*streik" shows the change of the movement - away from a pure women's movement to a movement that includes a variety of gender identities and sexual orientations.
