Staircase railing from the house "Zum Raben" at Aeschenvorstadt 15

The ornate railing formed the end piece of the interior staircase of the distinguished house "Zum Raben" at Aeschenvorstadt 15, which was built in 1763-1768 and still exists today. The railing consists of intertwined floral tendrils and is evidence of extremely high quality craftsmanship. On the outside, stemmed flowers independently cover the lattice infill, which has no vertical subdivision. The lower half of the railing was added later, either by existing parts, but more likely by parts created in the same style.
