Noah's Ark
Description
A very typical manufacturing technique for the Erzgebirge is the so-called hoop turning. In this process, round wooden hoops are turned on a lathe, the profiles of which correspond to the outlines of various animals. Then the tires are divided into narrow segments, which already correspond to the raw shape of animals.
