Pocket watch with revolutionary period

Description

This pocket watch has an hour count from 1 to 10 on the left hour dial, the so-called "revolution time". During the French Revolution, on September 22, 1792, the decimal system was also introduced for timekeeping: 1 day corresponded to 10 hours at 100 minutes. in 1806, this regulation was abolished again.
