Mare clock without case

Description

The clock, made in Trento and purchased in 1902 without its case, is said to have come from the monastery of St. Märgen in the Black Forest and to have been presented to the prince-bishop of Basel, Johann Konrad von Reinach (1657-1737), in 1735 for the 30th anniversary of his reign.
