This corner cabinet was originally a kind of "Etruscan cabinet", which is also indicated by the
the remains of the wallpaper with antique motifs, which cannot be seen here
found here during the renovation of the Haus zum Kirschgarten in the 1950s
1950s. In the course of furnishing the house as a
Museum, this corner cabinet was furnished with two large-format knitted carpets
and a faience stove from the famous Strasbourg workshop of the Württembergerhof
Württembergerhof.
